The Story Behind EC99
EC99 started in 2018 with a clear goal — to build an online entertainment platform truly made for Malaysian players. Not a translation of a foreign platform, not just a language-swapped interface, but a platform that understands the needs, habits, and tastes of local users from the ground up.
The ec99 journey began with a small team of individuals experienced in Malaysia's technology and entertainment industry. They recognised that many local players faced real barriers — platforms that didn't fully support the Malaysian Ringgit, complicated deposit processes, customer support that lacked local context, and unfamiliar interfaces. ec99 was founded to close that gap.
Today, EC99 has grown into one of the most popular online entertainment platforms in Malaysia, with over 500,000 active registered members enjoying a wide range of products — from live sports betting covering the Malaysia League and EPL, to online casino with live dealers, premium slots from world-class providers, and esports wagering for the new generation of digital gaming fans.
Mission & Vision of ec99
EC99's mission is simple yet meaningful: to be the trusted entertainment partner of every Malaysian player. This is not just a slogan — it is reflected in every decision we make, from selecting security-vetted game providers and setting fair, transparent odds, to how we handle every customer support inquiry.
Our vision is to become Malaysia's number one online entertainment platform by 2027 — not just in terms of user numbers, but more importantly, in terms of player trust and satisfaction. We believe lasting success can only be built on a foundation of genuine trust, and that is what we work toward every day.
The EC99 Philosophy: Responsible entertainment, reliable technology, and genuine service — these are the three pillars behind everything we do at EC99.

Security and Trust Are EC99's Top Priority
At EC99, player security is not just an added feature — it is the foundation of everything we do. All personal data and financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption, the global financial industry standard. Every deposit and withdrawal transaction goes through an automated verification process to ensure account security at all times.
The ec99 identity verification (KYC) process is designed to be straightforward for legitimate users while effectively preventing misuse. Players only need to complete KYC once, and once done, they enjoy full access to all platform features including withdrawals with no additional restrictions.
To ensure a fair gaming ecosystem, ec99 only partners with game providers that hold certification from recognised international regulatory bodies. All game outcomes are generated by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG), ensuring every player receives an equal and fair chance in every gaming session.
EC99's Commitment to the Malaysian Community
More than just an entertainment platform, EC99 sees itself as part of the broader Malaysian digital community. We are proud to provide employment opportunities for Malaysians in customer support, technology development, and platform operations. Every Ringgit spent on EC99 contributes to Malaysia's digital economy ecosystem.
EC99 is also committed to responsible gambling. We believe healthy entertainment means players can enjoy our platform without it negatively affecting their lives. That is why EC99 provides a range of self-control tools — daily and weekly betting limits, self-exclusion options, and easy access to responsible gambling resources — all accessible directly from your account settings.
